Repair Code
In order to track items during the repair process, HortiMaX uses repair codes. You should include a repair code with the item you are sending back to our offices in the Netherlands (address below) for repairs. You will need one code for each item you are returning.
Repair codes remain valid for three weeks, during which time the item (including the repair code) should have been delivered to

To obtain a repair code, please click on Repair Code. Complete the form and then click on Submit. The repair code will be sent to the E-mail address you have specified shortly afterwards.
