Clima 100

The Clima 100 consists of a number of high-quality controllers which enable you to automatically control your ventilation, screen and heating systems at a competitive price. The Clima 100 is available in three models:

  • Clima 100V - for ventilation control
  • Clima 100S - for screen control
  • Clima 100H - for heating control

Clima 100 H Heating Controller

The Clima 100 H is designed to control hot air heaters or pipe heating systems. In the latter case, the Clima 100 H is connected to the mixing valve and circulation pump by a pump and mixing valve switch (the HortiMaX OS100MP, for example). A pipe temperature sensor can be fitted using a HC-PT adapter. A safeguard ensures the pump and mixing valve is opened once every 24 hours to prevent clogging. An externally fitted time switch automatically switches between the day and night time temperature.

Settings Day period  heating setpoint
  Night period heating setpoint
Gain: determine the adjustment of the pipe temperature if the air temperature deviates from temperature stpoint (the disired temperature).
Mixing valve run time gain: determines the run time of the mixing valve if the temperature deviates from the temperature setpoint.
  Minimum pipe temperature
  Maximum pipe temperature
Generates alarm if The pipe temperature falls below minimum temperature exceeds maximum temperature
LED indications Heat demand
Pipe temperature too high or too low
  Night period or day period

Clima 100 V Ventilation System

The Clima 100 V is specially designed to control one-sided or double-sided ventilation which has a central drive system. Ventilation is controlled based on the measured air temperature and the ventilation setpoint. An externally fitted time switch automatically switches between the day and night time temperature. A wind speed guard closes the vents if the wind speed exceeds the set maximum (because of a gale or storm, for example). The vents reopen as soon as the wind speed drops and the delay time expires. A rain guard, which closes the vents when rain is detected, is optional.

Settings Day period ventilation setpoint
  Night period ventilation setpoint
  Storm level
  Delay time after storm
Gain factor for setting the response speed in case of temperature
  Deviation
  Ventilation run time
Generates alarm if The temperature sensor is malfunctioning
  Storm or rain conditions apply
LED indications Power supply present
  Air temperature too high
  Outside temperature too low

Clima 100 S Screen Controller

The screen controller is used to control various types of screens.

  • Shading screen (closes if radiation exceeds the set maximum)
  • Energy saving screen (closes if the outside temperature falls below the set minimum)
  • Blackout screen, opens or closes by means of a time switch or manual switch. The screen opens in phases to prevent "coldfall". A screen gap can be applied if the air temperature rises too high.

Setting Radiation level close screen
  Outside temperature close screen
  Radiation limit open screen
Maximum air temperature. If the measured temperature exceeds this value, a proportional screen gap is applied.
Maximum screen gap
  Screen run time
Generates aarm if Outside temperature or radiation sensor is malfunctioning
LED Indications Radiation too high
  Air temperature too high
  Outside temperature too low
