HortiMaX takes over Oloïd AG

On 1 January 2008, HortiMaX acquired the assets of Oloïd AG. As a result, Oloïds are now sold through HortiMaX Belgium; the partnership with our German, Austrian, Swiss and French agents, however, remains unchanged. The interest in Oloïds continues to grow, with several units already having been sold in the first weeks of 2008. These units will be constructed by HortiMaX Belgium, which has the necessary technical expertise and many years of experience with Oloïds.

The Oloïd improves the water quality of a reservoir, pond or small lake. The Oloïd uses an electrically-driven agitator to gently stir and circulate the water, enriching it with oxygen and creating a more homogenous water composition. The Oloïd also prevents algae growth and minimises the accumulation of organic matter and sediment on the bottom.
